NCC aims at inculcating leadership qualities in the cadets. It provides the cadets with a platform where they can develop different qualities like character, discipline, leadership, secular outlook, spirit of adventure and ideals of selfless service. It is also a platform to create a human resource of organised, trained and motivated youth in order to provide leadership in all walks of life. The NCC also provides a suitable environment to motivate the youth to take up a career in the Armed Forces.
